A New Home

after walking around my world for a bit i discoverd this naturally formed cave and shall make this my home

horror of horrors

after spending three days in my minecraft world i had the most horrible thing happen to my account. i was intending to mod it so that there were more npc's in my game and it crashed and cuased my minecraft main game to become corrupted and thus had to force close and now i am going to start all over again with no mods or textures so this is going to be a redo but with no see able benefits other than i can still play the game.

Day 02

i decided to use a new texture pack this is a custom "painterly" pack which can be downloaded off http://painterlypack.net/index.html it changes the current skins of the usual game and changes it with its own.

 As you can see it is alot more in a christmas feel and my home has been improved from a small 3x3 square into a medium 5x5 home equiped with glass windows, a storage crate, a smealting oven and a crafting bench. i also stumbled across a nice seam of iron ore which has yet been used .

My Character

this is my character based off of the Grimreaper to make my character look a little more threating

Day 01

when i started the singleplayer level i was lucky enough to be in mining distance to coal which is the main resource which is used for fuel and smelting. by the time i had finished mining for coal i had just enough time to create a wooden home and some torches for safety.

 i created my home right next to my mining spot so that i have easy access to my mine since i shall be using alot in this play through.

i am planning to to make my home alot bigger and alot stronger from this point onward. possible idea's for my home will be a storage room, a viewing tower, a furnace and a mine cart station to different homes which i will eventually build for easy access to different mines.
